SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY TIME REQUIRED

The standard delivery time to an address for most of the shipments is between 2 and 6 working days from the day of ordering. Please be patient and feel free to write to our email contact@humnwear.co if there is a delay of more than 6 days on the shipment. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

DELIVERY TO THE TERRITORY OF NORTH MACEDONIA 

Shipments to the territory of North Macedonia are sent by courier service “ELS”, and the delivery time is between 2 and 6 working days. Shipping costs are free of charge for orders over 3,000 MKD, and for orders under 3,000 MKD, delivery is charged from 150 MKD. If you are in a hurry for the shipment and want to personally pick it up from the headquarters at ELS you can do that freely, by contacting them at their phone number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments that are delivered outside the territory of North Macedonia are sent with DHL E MK. The delivery time is 2-6 working days from the day of ordering. There is the possibility that the shipment will not arrive in the expected time, which exclusively depends on the current measures that are in place in your country and the customs clearance processes in your country country.

 

IMPORTANT: HUMAN AKTIV DOO does not cover fees, taxes and other costs that may incurred during customs clearance in your country. These costs are borne solely by the customer and are not included in the price you pay on the site.
